Trichilo joined McCandlish Lillard in 2011, bringing with him more than 35 years of trial and appellate experience in general litigation, including personal injury, sports injuries, and labor and employment cases. He earned his undergraduate degree in business from Georgetown University, and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. After clerking for two years for Justice Richard H. Poff of the Virginia Supreme Court, he entered private practice in Northern Virginia. He was a founding partner of the firm now known as Trichilo, Bancroft, McGavin, Horvath & Judkins, P.C. in 1982, and the firm now handles a broad range of civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout Virginia, as well as in the District of Columbia.
