Mr. Berlandi is a co-founder and partner of Berlandi Nussbaum & Reitzas LLP. Mr. Berlandi has extensive skills in various practice areas including private practice, in-house counsel and corporate operations.

 

Mr. Berlandi has been especially effective counseling mid-sized companies in need of comprehensive legal counsel and operational advice across all aspects of their business, such as Complex contracts and agreements, Corporate transactions, IP/IT Licensing, Intellectual property, Real estate transactions, Banking/financing, Healthcare, Litigation, Alternative dispute resolution, and Human resources, compliance and facilities matters.

 

Mr. Berlandi has extensive experience serving as an arbitrator. He is currently a certified arbitrator for both the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

 

Mr. Berlandi is admitted to practice in New York State and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Berlandi received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, and his B.A. from Bowdoin College.
