Mr. Tsang has been in the private equity and venture capital industry for over 20 years. Mr. Tsang founded Strategic Year Holdings Limited, a privately held investment company focusing on private equity and real estate with billions of assets under management. Mr. Tsang was formerly the head of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association and a former Partner at Barings Private Equity. He has accrued numerous awards over his tenure running various private equity and venture capital institutions, including CBN weekly’s “2011-2012 Most Valuable Partners 50 in China,” Forbes China Magazine “2008, 2009, The 50 Best Venture Capitalists in China,” China Venture Group’s, “2008 The Top 30 PE Investors of the Year,” among many other awards. Mr. Tsang received his Master’s from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (First Class Honors) at Imperial College of Science and Technology, London, United Kingdom. Mr. Tsang is a highly qualified international neutral specialized in the private equity, venture capital industries, and executive compensation issues; he is skilled in constructing a cost and time-efficient resolution that is fair for all parties.
