Deborah Masucci is regularly appointed as an arbitrator on matters including employment, debt recovery, breach of contract and professional fee disputes. She is a global expert in alternative dispute resolution and dispute management, with emphasis on strategic and effective use of mediation and arbitration. She is a past Chair of both the Dispute Resolution Section of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section and current Chair of the International Mediation Institute. Ms. Masucci has an extensive history leading and developing dispute resolution programs with a variety of organizations, and has been an arbitrator in over 125 disputes. Having over 35 years of experience in the industry, Ms. Masucci understands exactly what it takes to arrive at a time and cost-efficient resolution, even for the most complex disputes. Ms. Masucci received her JD from New York Law School, and her BA from Manhattanville College.
