Mr. Sun is a former equity partner at Milbank LLP. Mr. Sun’s specialty is in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate law. Mr. Sun received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and his B.A. from Stanford University. Mr. Sun has extensive experience in complex dispute resolution, and works diligently to devise fair and cost and time-efficient solutions to even the most complex disputes.
