Ms. Johansen’s legal practice encompasses a wide range of matters, including all aspects of business and commercial law and land use and real estate matters. She has been a partner at The Vaughn Law Group since 2016, where she provides expertise in business and employment matters. She serves as of counsel to Susan G. Parker Law Associates, P.C., specializing in financing and business agreements, intellectual property and estate planning matters. Previously, Ms. Johansen was employed with Greenberg Traurig’s Litigation Group in Boston, and the Law & Compliance Group at Tymann LLC, where she handled all aspects of business litigation, land use and real estate matters. 

Ms. Johansen is admitted to practice in Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and New York State (pending). Ms. Johansen received her J.D., summa cum laude, from New England School of Law; M.S., merit, from The London School of Economic; and her B.A. from Yale University.
