Mr. Weltman is a shareholder at Hermes, Netburn, O’Connor & Spearing, P.C., where he specializes in Civil and Business Litigation, such as  complex commercial and business litigation, employment litigation, real estate disputes, construction matters, class-actions, civil rights, ADA accessibility litigation, insurance coverage, municipal disputes, appellate advocacy and other tort based litigation matters. He has successfully tried cases in both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire (pro hac vice) state courts, briefed and argued matters in the US District and Appeals Courts, and represents clients in alternative forms of dispute resolution with favorable results.

Mr. Weltman is admitted to State Bar and United States District Court of Massachusetts, and First Circuit of United States Court of Appeals. Mr. Weltman’s efforts have been met with awards such as recognition as “AV® Preeminent™” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Massachusetts "Rising Stars", recognized by the publishers of Law & Politics and Boston Magazine, 2013- 2019, and “Massachusetts Litigation Top 40 Under 40 Attorney” by American Society of Legal Advocates.

Mr. Weltman received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and his B.S., magna cum laude, from University of Denver.
