Mr. Lim is a partner at KCL Law Firm, where he specializes in Labor Law and Litigation. Mr. Lim has successfully tried and advised his clients in matters such as trade secrets and proprietary confidential information, shareholder disputes, non-competes, defamation claims and many more. Mr. Lim has also been appointed to the Superior Court of New Jersey to serve twice as a special fiscal agent in complex business transactions. Mr. Lim’s efforts have been met with awards such as recognition as part of “The National Trial Lawyers-Top 40 Under 40”, and as a “Charter Member of Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America” where he is within the top 1%.
