Biography

Ms. Paget is a founding partner of Kurker Paget LLC, a Boston area employment law firm. She has over 20 years’ experience in both employment law and litigation and complex business litigation. Ms. Paget is rated AV Preeminent (4.9/5.0) in employment law and litigation. Throughout her career, she has represented both employers and employees, plaintiffs and defendants. This background gives her a balanced and unique perspective that is invaluable in helping parties to resolve employment disputes through alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Paget has a wealth of experience in disputes involving employment discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, worker misclassification, contract disputes, close corporation shareholder disputes, and non-competition and non-solicitation disputes. She is a seasoned litigator and understands the practical realities of litigation in a range of forums. She is a past Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Labor and Employment section council, and a member of the Massachusetts Joint Bar Committee, which vets judicial candidates. She has written and spoken widely on various employment matters throughout her career.

Ms. Paget received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and her B.A. from Oberlin College. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
