Russell Yankwitt is the managing partner of Yankwitt LLP, an elite trial and litigation law firm based in White Plains, New York, with one of the largest litigation teams in Westchester County. Prior to starting Yankwitt LLP, Mr. Yankwitt litigated complex commercial matters at premier New York City law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP, and served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York. After graduating cum laude with his J.D. from Cornell Law School, Mr. Yankwitt was a federal law clerk to Judge Thomas C. Platt in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Mr. Yankwitt is active in the legal community as the founder and board member of the Federal Bar Council, Westchester Committee and serves on the board of the Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, among other organizations.
