Sara Kula is an Employment Law Attorney and Mediator with over 15 years of experience, and is currently a Partner at DelBello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, where she provides her clients with high-quality practical guidance and strategic solutions. Additionally, she serves as a mediator for the American Arbitration Association and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Kula represents and advises both employers and employees in various aspects of employment law. Her specialties include wage and hour compliance, discrimination and harassment issues, leave and disability management, and restrictive covenants. Ms. Kula has acted as an advocate and as a mediator in both single plaintiff and class/collective actions in these areas. Ms. Kula also has experience working as in-house counsel at a multi-state publicly traded company and working at one of the leading employment law firms for management clients. Ms. Kula received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, magna cum laude, and her B.A. from the University of Rochester, magna cum laude. Ms. Kula participated in the University of Pennsylvania Law School ADR & Mediation Clinic. In 2015, Ms. Kula completed the American Arbitration Association’s Higginbotham Fellows Program.
