Stephen Hans is a Labor and Employment Defense Attorney for his firm, Stephen D. Hans & Associates, P.C., and has been practicing for over 30 years. Mr. Hans has served as general council for unions in the city of New York, resulting in many victories. Mr. Hans served on the Grievance Committee of the Appellate Division, 2nd Apartment. He is also on the Labor Law Panel, part of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.  Mr. Hans received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi Law Center, and his B.A. from St. John’s University. Mr. Hans’s goal in his practice is to resolve claims as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible; he approaches the administration of disputes in a similar way.
